Job Summary:
We are seeking a resilient, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at one of our high-demand communities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This individual will oversee the property’s maintenance functions, ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and exceptional resident satisfaction.
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage daily maintenance operations, lead and develop a maintenance team, coordinate vendor work, ensuring compliance, adhering to budget and uphold our company’s standards of quality, accountability, and legendary service.
