Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will oversee daily maintenance operations, complete service requests, manage unit turns, perform HVAC installations, and ensure the overall upkeep and appearance of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests and repair orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance
• Oversee vacant unit turns and ensure readiness for new residents
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies
• Preserve the overall aesthetic and curb appeal of the community
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive resident relations
• Supervise maintenance staff, delegate work orders, and coordinate with vendors

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of on-site maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibilities
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and team workflows
• Strong knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and repair processes
• Ability to handle a physically demanding workload
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation and personal set of hand tools required
• Must comply with all safety standards, confidentiality policies, and Fair Housing regulations
• Required to pass a comprehensive background check
• HVAC, EPA, and CPO certifications are REQUIRED
