We are seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the overall physical condition of the apartment community to ensure safe, clean, and attractive living environments for residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervisory skills, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, and will be committed to delivering high-quality maintenance services in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks in apartments and common areas, including:
o Plumbing (e.g., fixing leaks, unclogging drains)
o Electrical (e.g., replacing outlets, troubleshooting lighting)
o Carpentry (e.g., door repairs, cabinetry fixes)
o Appliance repair and replacement
o Dry wall patching and texture
o Painting: interior with roller, brush or spray
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (turnovers/make-readies)
Complete resident service requests/work orders promptly and professionally
Assist with groundskeeping duties as needed (e.g., trash pickup, snow removal)
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations
Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and property management

Qualifications:
2+ years of maintenance Lead or Supervisor experience in commercial, or multifamily housing preferred
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various conditions
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
