We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to help keep our community running smoothly and our residents happy in the Lynnwood, Northgate, Seattle, Renton and Bellevue areas.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our apartment homes safe, functional, and looking their best. If you take pride in quality work and enjoy a mix of technical challenges and customer interaction, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in maintaining our property by:

• Performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including:

  • Plumbing: Fix leaks, unclog drains, and keep water flowing

  • Electrical: Replace outlets, troubleshoot lighting, and more

  • Carpentry: Repair doors, cabinets, and general structures

  • Appliances: Diagnose issues and complete repairs or replacements

  • Drywall: Patch, repair, and apply texture

  • Painting: Interior work using brush, roller, or spray

• Preparing apartments for new residents (make-readies/turnovers)

• Responding to service requests quickly and professionally

• Assisting with groundskeeping when needed (trash pickup, snow removal, etc.)

• Following all safety procedures to maintain a secure environment

• Communicating clearly with residents and team members

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, skilled, and customer-focused:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (apartment, residential, or commercial preferred)

• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair

• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Great communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks in various conditions
