Hiring Full-Time Leasing Consultant

As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. PAY: $20-$22/HR + Up to $100 commission per rental!

Under $50 a month Blue Cross for yourself and discounted housing available!

Location: Williston, ND

Schedule:

8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday

What You Will be Doing:

  • Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
  • Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
  • Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
  • Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

What You Need to Have:

  • Strong computer skills
  • 6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
  • Skilled problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An unmatched dedication to customer service
  • The drive to learn and get better everyday
