Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time
• 
  
• Perform credit card and expense reconciliations
• 
  
• Maintain vendor records and assist with vendor setup
• 
  
• Partner with internal teams to collect receipts and supporting documentation
• 
  
• Support accounts payable processes while providing excellent customer service to employees and vendors
• 
  
• Assist with process improvements and ensure accuracy of financial records
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a related accounting role
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  
• Process-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• 
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 
  
• Construction industry experience is a plus but not required
•
