Our client in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Direct Hire hybrid AP Specialist.
Schedule: M-F 9AM-5PM
2 days onsite 3 days remote (onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Pay Rate: $75-90K DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle, high-volume AP.
- Prepare and execute weekly payment runs via ACH, wires, and checks.
- Onboard new vendors (W-9/W-8 verification) and resolve payment/billing discrepancies.
- Support month-end close with expense accruals and aging reports. Ensure compliance with internal controls and Sunshine Act reporting guidelines.
- Pull documentation and provide support for internal/external financial audits.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
- Prior experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Life Sciences is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with ERPs is a plus.
- Must be able to commute to our NYC office 3 days a week.
