AP Specialist

Salary: $50,000–$60,000

Key Responsibilities for the AP Specialist:

• Process a high volume of invoices (200–300 daily) accurately and efficiently
• Review and verify invoices after OCR processing to ensure data accuracy
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies as needed
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and fellow AP professionals to ensure timely processing
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested


Qualifications for the AP Specialist:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience processing large volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently
• JD Edwards experience is a plus
