Accounting, Accounting Close, Accounts Payable, Billing, Documentation, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Email Technology, Payroll Administration, Performance Reviews, Reconciliation, SAP ECC (fka SAP R/3 and SAP ERP), Short Messaging Service (SMS), Technical Recruiting, Time Management, Vendor/Supplier Management
-Manage vendor deposits and prepayments, including tracking and reconciliation
-Process check, ACH, and wire payments in accordance with company procedures
-Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable
-Perform account reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation
-Process payroll accurately and timely using Paylocity
-Review employee time records, pay adjustments, deductions, and payroll changes for accuracy
-Experience handling accounting, AP, and payroll duties
-Transactional ERP experience and understanding of transaction flows within ERP systems
-Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
