AP/Payroll Specialist
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities for the AP/Payroll Specialist:
• Process approximately 125 invoices per week.
• Manage bi-weekly payroll for 123 employees (hourly and salaried).
• Coordinate employee benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate AP and payroll records.
Qualifications for the AP/Payroll Specialist:
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable and Payroll experience.
• Strong employment stability and tenure history.
• Experience processing payroll for both hourly and salaried employees.
• Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required.
