AP Manager

A leading, nationally recognized food & beverage company is seeking an experienced AP Manager to own and elevate the full-cycle payables function at their Torrance headquarters.

This is a high-impact, fully onsite leadership role within a complex, high-volume CPG environment. You'll oversee daily transactional operations, strengthen internal controls, and partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain and Finance to ensure accurate, timely vendor management and cash flow.

Location: 5 days a week onsite in Torrance, CA

Salary: Up to $130k in base DOE + 10% Bonus + benefits

What You'll Own

• Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations
• Manage and mentor a team in a high-volume, fast-paced CPG environment
• Oversee vendor payments and ensure timely, accurate invoice processing
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP optimization
• Support month-end close, reporting, and working capital management

What We're Looking For

• 5–8+ years of progressive AP experience, including team leadership
• Background in CPG, food & beverage, manufacturing, or high-volume distribution strongly preferred
• Strong ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable in a hands-on leadership role
• Must be willing to work fully onsite in Torrance, CA
