Employment Status: Part-Time
Pay: $20-24/hr depending upon experience

This position is part-time initially, with potential to grow into a full time position. Could be perfect for an accounting student!

The AP/AR Specialist will provide support to the accounting department through daily accounting tasks, processing deposits, paying bills, allocating costs, and
special projects.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

· Accounts payable and receivable

· Daily CSR deposit verification and entries

· Monthly GL reconciliations & closing tasks

· Credit card expense allocations and monitoring

· Journal entries

· Process updates and documentation

· Cash drawer audits and deposits

· Work harmoniously with teammates to verify missing items & resolve issues

· Other accounting tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

· Accounting experience -classes or job history (required)

· Understanding of general ledger accounting (required)

· Proficiency with computers (required)

· QuickBooks Online (highly preferred)

· Attention to detail and impeccable accuracy

· Exceptional time management, verbal, and written communication skills

· Ability to multitask, be self-motivated, and have a positive teamwork attitude

· Commitment to working efficiently and accurately

· Ability to withstand environmental conditions of auto body shop

· Ability to sit at a desk, working on the computer for extended periods of time

· Travel required periodically to other locations: valid DL & Insurance
