AP/AR Accountant

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Key Responsibilities for the AP/AR Accountant:

• Process full-cycle accounts payable for 200+ invoices monthly
• Manage billing, invoicing, and payment posting
• Handle collections and follow up on outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate AP/AR records and reconciliations
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested

Qualifications for the AP/AR Accountant:

• 3+ years of AP/AR experience
• HubSpot and/or Salesforce experience preferred
• Oracle Fusion and/or Worksuite experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
