The Opportunity This is not a typical gym job. As a Personal Training Sales Manager, you will sell, lead, coach and make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. You will help members achieve life-changing results while building and growing a successful personal training business inside the club. This is a highly visible, performance-based leadership role with significant income and career growth potential.

What You’ll Do
Meet with members to understand their goals and prescribe the right coaching solution
Conduct fitness consultations and assessments
Drive personal training sales, renewals, upgrades, and referrals
Lead, coach, and develop personal trainers
Create an exceptional member experience that drives results and retention
Partner as a co-leader of the club to grow the business and impact more lives

Qualifications
Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) OR bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field
CPR/AED Certification
Sales experience preferred but not required
Leadership, coaching, or management experience preferred
Passion for fitness, health, and helping people improve their lives
Schedule Schedule will align with club peak hours and member traffic, including evenings and some weekends as needed.
