An abundance of new work has come into the SanFrancisco office, and the firm is looking to add several associates.The ideal candidate will have:2‑6 years of antitrust experience from big law, the DOJ, or the FTCExperience can be either deal side merger review or antitrust litigationExcellent academic credentialsThis firm represents some of the largest companies in newsworthy antitrust matters but also maintains a diverse client base across various industries. It is a full‑scope practice that is busy in litigation, deal side, criminal, and counseling. Staffed leanly, associates get amazing substantive experience, and the firm emphasizes mentorship not only as attorneys but in business development and networking.Compensation can be above market.The firm is also highly cognizant of managing hours.
