Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and regulatory compliance. Assist in drafting legal documents, including agreements and pleadings. Advise clients on antitrust investigations, litigation, and merger reviews. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective legal strategies. Stay updated on developments in antitrust laws and provide insights to clients and team members. Support cross-functional teams in addressing complex legal challenges. Represent clients in negotiations and proceedings as required.The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Strong knowledge of antitrust and competition law. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
