    Compensation

    $310,000 – $390,000+

    A premier global law firm is seeking an Antitrust Associate Attorney to join its Washington, DC office.

    This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing Fortune 500 companies, private equity sponsors, investment funds, and multinational corporations in sophisticated antitrust counseling, merger review, investigations, and litigation.

    Ideal Background

    3–6 years of antitrust, competition, or regulatory experience gained at a sophisticated law firm or government agency

    • Experience representing clients in Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings, merger reviews, Second Requests, and agency investigations before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Department of Justice (DOJ)

    • Experience advising clients regarding mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic collaborations, distribution arrangements, pricing practices, and antitrust compliance

    • Experience handling civil investigative demands (CIDs), government investigations, regulatory counseling, and enforcement matters

    • Experience drafting Second Request responses, advocacy materials, white papers, memoranda, and agency submissions

    • Experience with antitrust litigation, monopolization claims, cartel investigations, or class action defense is a plus

    • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

    • Ability to independently manage sophisticated matters while maintaining significant client interaction

    • Excellent academic credentials

    J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

    DC bar admission required or ability to become admitted
