Electronic Repair Technician (AER) – 1st & 2nd Shift

Pay Range: $19.00 – $24.00/hr (Based on experience and shift)
SHIFT AVAILABILITY
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Mon–Fri)

POSITION OVERVIEW
Abacus is seeking professional Technical Repair Specialists for our Advanced Electronic Repair facility in Antioch. We are looking for responsive, career-minded individuals who value precision and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Diagnosis: Troubleshoot and repair motherboards, circuit boards, and advanced electronic systems.
Precision Soldering: Component-level repair (soldering/de-soldering) to strict quality standards.
Lab Standards: Use specialized testing equipment to verify voltage and functional integrity.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Responsiveness: We require candidates who maintain professional communication via email and/or text.
The "Bench Test": Qualified candidates will be scheduled for an in-person technical evaluation (including a soldering test) with the Shop Supervisor.
Vetting: All candidates must pass our standard professional screening and verification process.
