INTERNAL POSTING Katonah -Lewisboro School District Announces the Following Anticipated Vaca ncy For the 202 6-2027 School Year Teaching Assistant s - Special Services Location: District Wide Anticipated Start Date : September 1, 2026 Hours: Full-Time; 10 months Salary and Benefits: $47,148 as per the KLSSA Contract (which may be modified under a new agreement) Qualifications: • Teaching Assistant Certification required. • Provide assistance and work with students to meet classroom expectations. • Assist in prompting of students to follow routine/work production. • Deliver instruction as necessary. • Demonstrate patience, empathy, flexibility , consistency, and reliability. • Strong communication skills. • Experience with special needs students preferred.
