Position Summary: An Elementary Teacher is responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. They design and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards, foster students' academic, social, and emotional growth, and assess student progress through various methods. The teacher adapts instruction to meet diverse learning needs, encourages critical thinking, and promotes a love of learning. Collaboration with colleagues, communication with parents, and maintaining a safe classroom atmosphere are essential components of the role.
