CornerStone Staffing is seeking an experienced Fundraising Coordinator to support the fundraising and donor engagement efforts of a well-established, nationally recognized healthcare organization in Fort Worth. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in fundraising, donor engagement, and development operations who enjoys collaborating across departments to help drive philanthropic initiatives and support annual giving programs. Pay Rate: $35–38/hour
Employment Type: Temporary Assignment
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support annual giving campaigns and other fundraising initiatives.
  • Manage donor communications, acknowledgments, and stewardship activities.
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing fundraising events and special projects.
  • Maintain accurate donor records, reports, and fundraising data within CRM/database systems.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and written communications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support fundraising goals and donor engagement strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the development and fundraising team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, donor relations, or annual giving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, or philanthropic initiatives.
  • Familiarity with donor management or CRM systems.
  • Strong presentation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
