The Annual Fund & Grants Manager plays a key role in advancing the school's mission by cultivating meaningful relationships with individual and foundation donors and growing philanthropic support through a strategic, year-round annual fund. Working collaboratively across the Advancement team, this role strengthens stewardship, ensures data integrity, and supports grant writing efforts that sustain the school's operations and long-term impact, all in service of Jesuit values and mission.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Annual Fund & Grants Manager is a 12-month, full-time position primarily responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive, strategic, and integrated effort to build a base of individual and foundation donors and increase philanthropic support through the annual fund. This Manager leads year-round cultivation, solicitations, and stewardship efforts which support the school's annual operational fundraising goals. Additionally, the Manager will oversee database integrity and utilization, and the execution of departmental grant writing/reporting activities. The Annual Fund & Grants Manager works closely with the Advancement Associate, the Marketing and Communications Supervisor, and the Events & Community Engagement Manager, and reports to the Senior Advancement Director.
