Are you a dedicated Anesthesiology Physician seeking a dynamic role in a reputable hospital setting? We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional to provide exceptional anesthesiology services that directly impact patient outcomes. This ongoing position offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across a wide range of surgical and procedural areas.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Anesthesiology
- Active PA medical license
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- Proficient in MAC, Regional, Spinal, and US techniques
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesiology experience preferred
- Ability to take call from 3 PM to 7 AM as needed
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage diverse patient populations across all ages
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Vascular, OB/GYN, General, GI, Peds, Plastics, Orthopedics, Robotics, and Urology procedures
- Familiarity with Epic EMR system
- Ability to work varied shifts including 5-day 10-hour shifts and 16-hour call shifts
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- At least 2 years of anesthesiology practice in a hospital setting
Other Requirements:
- Must hold an active PA medical license
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including call coverage from 3 PM to 7 AM
- Credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days; expedited credentialing can be arranged
- No DEA registration required
