Required Skills:
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Anesthesiology
- Active Arizona medical license via IMLC
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
- Strong clinical knowledge in anesthesia techniques and protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of patients (50-60 daily)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting CRNA teams
- Background in orthopedic, trauma, neuro, or outpatient anesthesia
- Familiarity with Cerner and SaAnesthesia EMR systems
- Previous experience in hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital or surgical center environment
- Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work scheduled day shifts (7:00 am – 7:00 pm)
- Ability to obtain credentialing within 30 days
- Willingness to work overtime and on designated holidays at 1.5x pay rate
- Commitment to patient safety and exceptional care standards
