As one of the largest and fastest-growing clinical departments within BayCare Medical Group, anesthesiology plays a pivotal role in access, throughput, quality, safety, and the reliability of hospital operations.
This role provides unified physician leadership for anesthesiology across BayCare’s acute care hospitals, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient anesthesia services while fostering a culture where anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and Anesthesiologist Assistants can thrive.
