- 4 - 5 rooms per day
- 20 minute pager call back time
- Bread & butter, ortho, OB, endo, and occasional ENT ped cases
- No scheduled weekend cases -- only emergency
- Pre op/post op cases at night
- No own cases during the day, just at night with exception of blocks
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
