This is a stable, physician-led opportunity offering exceptional compensation, flexible call-track options, and the ability to tailor your work-life balance within a Level III Trauma Center setting.
Base Salary: $520,000
Cardiac Stipend: $80,000
Additional Compensation: Quality Bonus
Time Off: Minimum 8 weeks vacation (opportunity to increase to 15 weeks depending on call track)

16 full-time anesthesiologists
2 part-time anesthesiologists
2 full-time CRNAs
2 anesthesia technicians
Diverse case mix including:
Healthy pediatrics
Low-volume OB
Trauma
Neurosurgery
Thoracic & vascular
Cath lab
Gynecology, general surgery, plastics, orthopedics
Gastroenterology, oncology, ophthalmology, urology
Cardiac cases available based on interest and experience
First Call (In-House) Track
7 weeks of night call (7pm-7am), 7 days on / 7 days off
7 additional post-call weeks, significantly increasing total time off
Guaranteed post-call day off
Ideal for candidates seeking maximum vacation time
Second Call (Backup) Track
No in-house call requirement
Approximately q9 second-call rotation
