Job Description
This position offers a sign-on bonus to eligible candidates 0-1 years of experience 2-year commitment $100,003 1-year commitment $120,001-2 years of experience 2-year commitment $100,003 2 years of experience 2-year commitment $150,003 3-year commitment $250,000
GENERAL OVERVIEW
Assists anesthesia personnel with the preparation and insertion of specialized invasive monitoring equipment utilized during perioperative procedures.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides technical support to anesthesia personnel during the preparation and insertion of specialized invasive monitoring equipment. • Ensures that all anesthetizing locations are in a state of readiness. • Maintains proper standards of cleanliness and organization of the Anesthesia workroom. • Manages equipment supplies and medication according to established guidelines to maintain safe, efficient, and cost-effective programs. • Participates in hospital division and department activities. • Performs other duties as assigned or required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum:
Must meet one of the following qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience as an Anesthesia Technician or Emergency Medical or related experience • Graduate from an accredited Anesthesia Tech school or program • CPR - American Heart Association
Preferred:
• ASATT Certified Anesthesia Technician Cer.A.T. or ASATT Certified Anesthesia Technologist Cer.A.T.T.
