--Mon - Fri 7a-3p; 7a-5p
--Five 8's or Five 10's Monday thru Friday Plus beeper call- no PRN coverage.
--Site is looking for FT physician, at least 4 weeks/month.
--Type of cases: Cases: Gen. Surgery, Ortho, Gi, Robotics, OB, radiology, Endo, Eyes, plastics, ENT, Neuro. No Trauma. Dedicated cardiac team for hearts
--Supervision: 80/20
--Care Team Model: CRNA - 26, MD - 12
--Majority Case Type: General Surgery, Ortho, GI, Robotics
--Average Monthly Case: 1150-1200
--OB Delivery Avg/Month: 200
--EMR: EPIC
--Required: Board Certification, FL license, ACLS, BLS, PALS, clean background
