Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution, including the ability to teach dual certification or licensed post-secondary courses • Valid Wisconsin teaching certification in the subject area of employment • Knowledge of student-centered teaching philosophy • Experience working with youth in an educational setting

Physical Requirements

The individual in this position must be able to:

• Regularly stand, sit, walk • Exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently and a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects • Communicate effectively on the telephone and in person to provide accurate information and assistance • Fine manipulation of objects and papers are performed frequently • Verbal and auditory communication are frequently involved • Complete job duties in an environment where background noise and frequent interruptions are the norm • Maintain concentration and focus on tasks requiring timeliness and detail
