Overview:

LABUR is supporting a client through a strategic financial planning transformation initiative aimed at enhancing forecasting accuracy, scalability, and data-driven decision-making. As part of this engagement, we are seeking an experienced Anaplan Consultant to design, develop, and implement robust Anaplan solutions that support both financial and operational planning. The ideal resource will have hands-on experience with Anaplan development, solutions architecture, strong data modeling skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models to support financial, operational, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient Anaplan solutions.
• Ensure alignment between Anaplan models and organizational processes, delivering accurate and reliable data outputs.
• Optimize existing Anaplan models to improve performance and enhance user experience.
• Provide hands-on support for Anaplan integrations with ERP systems, databases, and other enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation of model architecture, processes, and user guidelines.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of Anaplan solutions.
• Stay updated on Anaplan best practices, new features, and industry trends to enhance solution delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Anaplan Consultant, including solutions architecture and hands-on model-building expertise.
• Experience working with large, complex Anaplan models
• Strong understanding of Anaplan architecture, design principles, and calculation logic.
• Experience integrating Anaplan with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other data sources.
• Advanced skills in data modeling, analysis, and reporting, with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex model issues.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability work effectively cross functionally with a variety of technical and non technical stakeholders
• Anaplan certification(s), such as Certified Model Builder, is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes is a plus.

Compensation:

$70-$75 per hour - Dependent on fit and experience.
