ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager, Commercial Analytics - Team Lead will oversee commercial and customer data analytics, with a strong focus on piece-level data (PLD) analysis to develop customer profiles and provide pricing decision support. This people-leadership role is responsible for developing and managing end-to-end analytical reporting solutions while directly leading and supporting a team of analysts and senior analysts. The position will monitor standard and ad hoc analyses across pricing, rate logic, and methodology-related topics to support effective pricing decisions, including the annual general rate increase process, Commercial IQ initiatives, and the development of AI-driven analytical solutions.
