Analytics Specialist

STS Technical Services is hiring Analytics Specialists in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Our client is seeking an Analytics Specialist to support trade compliance reporting and data analysis activities. This role will support reporting, documentation, and process improvement efforts related to imports, exports, classifications, duties, and tariffs.

Job Responsibilities

• Support trade compliance reporting and data analysis
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports using Excel and other reporting tools
• Validate data accuracy and identify trends, gaps, or anomalies
• Assist with documentation, dashboards, and process improvements
• Partner with Trade Compliance team members to support day-to-day analytics needs

Qualifications

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.We can work with F-1 CPT or OPT candidates, provided their authorization is valid through the end of 2026, but we’re not able to support STEM OPT extensions.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel experience
• Experience working with large data sets and reporting tools
• Power BI or similar reporting tool experience is a plus
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Prior experience in trade compliance, supply chain, or regulatory environments preferred but not required

Work Arrangement
