As an Analytics Manager, you will supervise analytic employee-owners, act as an analytic program manager, working with the Project Management Office, and partner with other Telligen analytic and programmatic leadership. It is preferred that the candidate lives in Colorado, Idaho, or Iowa. Candidates located in Colorado or Iowa may be required to be in the office 2 days/week. Approximate salary for Colorado: $115,000 - $130,000 Essential Functions You will be expected to support quality improvement efforts at the local, state, and national levels, specifically in hospitals, nursing homes, and provider offices. You will support the integration of provider-reported data and/or EHR data with government data (e.g., claims, nursing home assessment data). You will be required to independently develop and implement processes to retrieve, validate, analyze, report, and visualize data. You will be required to have a working knowledge of statistical analyses to support statistical staff as well as proposal development.Requirements Bachelors degree in mathematics, analytics or related field and/or equivalent training and/or experience. 3+ years experience in leading analytical staff. 5+ years experience in data analysis or design of analytic products. Demonstrated experience providing leadership to analytic team members. Ability to effectively manage project tasks and work collaboratively with program managers and directors. Databricks, R and/or Python coding experience. Experience designing, reviewing, and interpreting visualizations using AWS QuickSight or other business intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI). Translational skills to support data understanding at all levels of the program. Preferred Skills/Experience: Masters degree. Prior role in project management and/or data analyses. Knowledge of federal health policy, especially Medicare and/or Medicare A.
