The High Throughput Analytics & Operations team is
seeking an Analytical Scientist<\/b> to support routine analytical testing
and documentation for gene therapy development programs. This role will
contribute to the characterization of Recombinant Adeno -Associated Virus (rAAV)
vectors through a range of analytical and bioanalytical assays while ensuring
accurate data reporting in a regulated environment.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
<\/p>
Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/span>
<\/p>- Perform routine
analytical testing including compendial assays (endotoxin, bioburden, pH,
osmolality, visual inspection).<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Execute molecular
assays (qPCR, dPCR), immunoassays such as Enzyme -Linked Immunosorbent
Assay, and cell -based potency assays.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Operate automated
liquid handling platforms (Tecan, Hamilton) to support high -throughput
sample testing.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Author and review
technical reports for GxP studies and manage document workflows in Veeva
Vault.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Maintain accurate
documentation in electronic lab notebooks and analyze experimental data
using tools such as GraphPad Prism and SoftMax Pro.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Prepare reagents,
buffers, and laboratory materials for analytical testing.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Support sample
management, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and laboratory
operations.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>
Qualifications<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/span>
<\/p>- BS or MS in
Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedicine, Cell Biology, Bioengineering, or a
related field.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Minimum 1 year of
relevant laboratory experience.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Experience with
compendial assays (endotoxin, bioburden, etc.).<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Familiarity with
molecular assays, immunoassays, or cell -based assays preferred.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Experience with
GxP documentation and technical report writing is highly desirable.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Exposure to liquid
handling automation platforms (Tecan or Hamilton) is a plus.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Strong
organizational, analytical, and communication skills.<\/span><\/span>
