The Analyst will work closely with other client service members and all relevant departments to support client needs plus the Department and Firm at large.Essential Job FunctionsMonitor and report on investment activity and performance across private market funds within client portfoliosCompile accurate and timely reports using performance reporting systems and analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel)Reconcile financial data, including quarterly reports, capital account information, and cash flow activityCollaborate with SPAR Client Teams to gather data and compile deliverables in line with global reporting standardsAssist in execution and oversight of the full lifecycle of periodic reporting processes, ensuring proper data practices and methodologies are appliedServe as the primary reporting contact for assigned clients, proactively communicating progress, timelines, and any emerging issuesCoordinate the full reporting cycle, including process documentation to ensure consistency and continuitySupport ad hoc client requests and contribute to client-specific project workMaintain business continuity by documenting unique client processes and contributing to team-wide knowledge managementSecondary Responsibilities May IncludeContribute to portfolio analyses across strategies, sectors, and geographiesAssist in refining and enhancing content for client reports and presentationsParticipate in discussions on improving operations, data workflows, and client service deliverySupport internal initiatives and broader departmental projectsPerform other duties as assignedEducation And/or Work Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, economics or business preferred, or a related fieldExperience in financial services, preferably in private markets, asset management, or investment reportingRequired Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data integrityEffective communicator, with strong written and verbal skillsSalary Range - $68,000 - $70,000The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors that can include location, education, skill, and experience.
