Analyst, SC Process Automation & Innovation
Overall Job Summary
This position acts as the voice of innovation for cross-functional strategic supply chain initiatives focused on balancing cost, service, and capacity across the network. By leveraging continuous improvement methodologies, advanced analytics, and automation/AI-driven solutions, this role will analyze current practices and design, build, and implement scalable technology-enabled improvements. This position will drive implementation of changes that increase workflow efficiency, reduce manual effort, and lower overall landed cost. Working cross-functionally with business, IT, and data teams, this role will deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and service while accelerating the adoption of AI capabilities across the Supply Chain organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of direct experience in supply chain (preferably retail); Combination of experience and education will be considered.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain/Logistics preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Professional Certifications: None
Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities
Working knowledge and application of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen), with the ability to apply these principles to technology-enabled solutions
