Job Summary

This role schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.

Required Skills

• Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions; ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records; proficiency with basic computer and office software; and strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders
• SharePoint
• Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of meter panel upgrades, utility disconnect/reconnect coordination, electrical service upgrades, and/or solar energy systems
• Strong understanding of utility requirements, permitting processes, and residential/commercial electrical infrastructure preferred (not required)

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
