Were looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst to join a fast-paced team supporting U.S. payroll operations. This is a 100% onsite role in Chaska, ideal for a payroll professional with strong multi-state experience who thrives in high-volume environments and is passionate about accuracy and compliance.
What Youll Do:
Process accurate and timely multi-state U.S. payrolls, including off-cycle payments, adjustments, and final pay.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Prepare and submit payroll filings and reports such as W-2s (and related statutory reporting).
Validate payroll data prior to processing; identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain and audit employee payroll records including taxes, benefits, and direct deposit details.
Support associates, managers, and HR partners by resolving payroll inquiries via a ticketing system.
Interpret payroll policies across jurisdictions and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
What You Bring:
5+ years of payroll experience, including 24+ years processing complex multi-state U.S. payrolls.
Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
High attention to detail with strong data validation and reconciliation skills.
Proven problem-solving abilities and confidence handling payroll discrepancies.
Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
