Role summary:
The (USA) Analyst, Merchandising Operations plays a critical role in supporting business plans and projects by identifying operational needs, analyzing data, and driving solutions to enhance merchandising programs and store processes. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate merchandise strategies into actionable initiatives, monitors performance standards, and recommends system and process improvements. The Alternative Channel Sourcing Team collaborates with suppliers and the buying team to source strategic branded products for clubs and online platforms. Focused on supporting business plans and merchandising initiatives, the team drives continuous improvement through data analysis and actionable insights. Members work cross-functionally to remove obstacles, communicate priorities, and implement effective solutions that enhance operational performance. The team upholds integrity, accountability, and a commitment to delivering results that align with Walmart's goals and customer needs, fostering a productive environment that supports business growth and operational excellence.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $45.00The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
