Description:
Responsibilities SUMMARY: Responsible for the identification, assimilation, analysis, interpretation and, logical dissemination of information from various systems available to support special initiatives and daily functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform data analysis to determine optimal inventory balances by distribution point nationally / internationally.
• Execute action plans minimize inventory levels without disrupting service levels.
• Support department lead initiatives through the all analytical tools and data sources possible to provide fair and accurate information to enable decision making.
• Ensure balance between planned inventory and inventory deployment and reconcile any differences.
• Support or manage and maintain inventory initiatives around the world with data and analysis.
• Interface with global planners, other analysts, management and global logistics people to support global inventory initiatives.
• Develop consistent and repeatable processes for the extraction of data and computation of Global KPIs and other reports as required.
• Ensure that analysis and/or systems and processes delivered are appropriately geared to the user audience.
• Information to be published must be verified and cross checked for accuracy before distribution. Inaccurate or incomplete information can damage the organization's credibility and potentially lead to negative financial situations.
• Ensures that global daily and/or weekly reports are published timely at the agreed upon times.
• All documents published must be considered in wording and terminology to insure global understanding
• Other duties as define.

This position will be directly and/or indirectly responsible to manage or support the management and decision making for hundreds of millions of dollars of the company's global assets in the form of global inventory and, Client and machinery.
