Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.Responsible for weekly departmental performance tracking and reportingSupport the development and maintenance of annual departmental operating and special assignment budgetResponsible for all ILT, WBT, and pay exception tracking and reportingSupports Inflight Safety and Security through Known Crewmember (KCM) qualification auditsIdentifies business problems, outline strategic options, define success, and gain consensus among stakeholdersDevelops and delivers presentations for business cases and recommendations on key initiatives to Senior Management, as neededInterfaces with a variety of internal functional areas including Procurement, Finance, Tech Ops, and Flight for strategic and tactical decision-makingEngage with, develop, and maintain relationships with union partners (APFA) to assist with research and inquiry resolutionCreate, maintain, and publish Inflight Training Administrative Policies and Procedures Manual (ITAPPM) documentationSupport flight attendant qualification issuance and audits, as neededFlex to support additional tasks and responsibilities as requiredMinimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience3 years of relevant experience1 year experience in Financial reporting, modeling, and tracking1 year of project management experienceExperience with Data Visualization software (Power Bi, Tableau)Ability to flex to support weekends and holidays based on the business unit requirementsPreferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience Understanding of Inflight Training OperationsUnderstanding of Comply365Understanding of Learning Management System (LMS)Advanced knowledge of FOSKnowledge of Flight Attendant CBASkills, Licenses & Certifications Self-starter that can work independently to drive for resultsExceptional organization and planning skills, with attention to detailStrategic thinker who considers the broader corporate implications of ideasAbility to conduct analysis, problem solve, and effectively deal with ambiguityProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordWhat You'll Get Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer:Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
