  • Develop pricing analyses across software, services, and managed services offers using standard tools, benchmarks, and approved pricing frameworks.
  • Apply pricing frameworks within regional and deal-specific contexts while maintaining financial discipline and alignment to approved standards.
  • Analyze commercial structures to balance growth, margin, and revenue quality, and flag terms that may require additional review.
  • Support commercial negotiations by preparing data, scenario analyses, and pricing recommendations for Sales and Legal partners.

  • Work closely with pricing team members and business partners to manage workloads, share information, and support consistent deal execution.
  • Support sales and renewal review cadences by preparing deal summaries, highlighting issues, and tracking follow-up actions.

Operational Excellence

  • Identify and support process improvement opportunities that improve cycle time, clarity of roles, intake quality, and approval efficiency.
  • Support standardization and automation efforts that enable efficient pricing workflows and appropriate sales self-service.
  • Maintain deal comps, pricing benchmarks, and supporting data sources to improve speed, consistency, and decision quality.
  • Prepare deal scorecards, scenario analyses, and decision summaries to support structured commercial evaluation.
  • Produce reporting and insights on pricing mix, discounting, exceptions, and margin trends to support continuous improvement.

  • Track deal iterations, rework, and intake quality to support improvements in first-pass accuracy.
  • Help monitor workload, aging, and throughput metrics to support prioritization and resource planning.
  • Support regular KPI reporting on discounting, exceptions, and margin quality, and assist in highlighting trends and actions.

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to evaluate margins, pricing impacts, and commercial trade-offs.
  • Strong business judgment and communication skills, with the ability to present analysis clearly to stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across pipeline activity, renewals, and ad hoc analysis.
