What You''ll Do at Pega:

The Go-to-Market Analytics and Insights Analyst II will partner with other internal team members, as well as partners across the Go-to-Market function. This role will be a key business partner to these teams by building and maintaining data products to support actionable insights that help drive optimal business outcomes. You will contribute to ongoing analytics initiatives, help ensure data quality and consistency, and look for opportunities to improve how data is delivered and used across the business.

In this role you will:

  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical data products used by GTM teams
  • Ensure data products deliver accurate, consistent, and actionable insights aligned to standardized KPI definitions and data models
  • Apply best practices in data visualization, performance optimization, and reporting design to improve usability and adoption
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of data products that improve efficiency and support decision-making
  • Partner with stakeholders and team members to translate business needs into reporting and analytical outputs
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to uncover insights and support business performance
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of scalable analytical solutions and reporting approaches
  • Define requirements, logic, and structure for dashboards and analyses with guidance and feedback from team members
  • Help standardize reporting structures, KPI frameworks, and data product design
  • Identify opportunities to improve analytical approaches, reporting processes, and data quality
  • Collaborate on team initiatives exploring new tools, technologies, and analytical approaches (e.g., GenAI-enabled analytics, automation)
  • Support continuous improvement through documentation, process enhancements, and adoption of best practices

  • Solid foundation in reporting, data analysis, and visualization, with experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, consistency, and alignment to defined metrics and business logic
  • Analytical thinker who connects data outputs to business context and supports actionable insights
  • Independently manages reporting and data-related tasks with guidance as needed
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Identifies issues, asks clarifying questions, and progresses work to completion
  • Collaborates effectively with team members and stakeholders to deliver consistent outputs
  • Experience working with data tools across reporting, data management, and visualization
  • Continues to build skills in data modeling and scalable reporting approaches

Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 71,300 - 106,600 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate''s education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
