Our client, is a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for a Analyst I – WIC for their Woonsocket, RI/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for series of license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements 50%
  • Oversight of WIC license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements 20%
  • Database maintenance of current license fees, renewal dates, and vendor information. 5%
  • Work with business operations and category teams on expansion of licensed locations 10%
  • Maintain electronic license files and supply copies upon request. 2%
  • Correspond with federal, state, and local agencies regarding license renewals. 5%
  • Review and respond to licensing related correspondence 5%
  • Perform other management or related duties as requested by licensing team management. 3%
  • This role will be required to ensure that they meet regulatory deadlines and project due dates.
  • The individual will need to work closely with category teams, legal and store operations to ensure accuracy and that licensin deadlines are met.
 
Requirements:
  • Experience working with government agencies (federal, state, or local)
  • Strong electronic filing and document management skills
  • License renewal experience (WIC highly preferred)
  • Verifyable High School Diploma or GED Required
  • As a WIC coordinator (grade: 107) in the licensing department, the individual will be responsible for performing a wide-range of licensing functions, including but not limited to: renewals, document management, and project support.
  • Licensure categories will include Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC).
  • Required - High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
  • Preferred - Associates Degree
