Under the general direction of OneAdmin Planning & Operations Manager (Supervisor I), this position offers a unique opportunity to be a member of our AskAdmin team. In this role, you will support the organization by providing responses to general questions related to a variety of Administration/Human Resources (HR) related topics. The goal of AskAdmin is to ensure that our clients receive timely and accurate information to make sound decisions.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):

• Respond timely and accurately to client inquiries and process requests, meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Research client issues and resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching answers; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
• Write and maintain articles, internal reference documents, and email correspondence on various Administration /Human Resources related topics
• Participate in various projects to meet program goals
• Lead presentations to new State Fund employees
• Provide input on ways to increase efficiencies and effectively meet our client needs

Working Conditions

The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.

Special Requirements

Effective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) which reduces an employee's monthly salary in exchange for leave credits. Employees appointed to this classification will have their monthly salary reduced and will accrue hours of PLP 2025 on the first day of each pay period in accordance with the applicable bargaining contract. The salary range(s) included on this job posting do not reflect the reduction in pay.
