Position Purpose
The Analyst, Instructional Materials Inventory is responsible for ensuring the accurate tracking, timely distribution, and efficient management of instructional materials across the district. This role supports a high-volume, year-round delivery system driven by consumable materials and increased inventory complexity, ensuring campuses receive the right materials at the right time to support uninterrupted instruction. The Analyst maintains real-time inventory accuracy, monitors usage and replenishment needs, and coordinates closely with campuses, vendors, and Curriculum & Instruction staff to resolve discrepancies and respond to campus needs with urgency and precision. The role contributes to a reliable, responsive warehouse operation by supporting data systems, inventory processes, and continuous improvement of materials management practices.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education:
Accredited High School diploma, GED, or Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency required;
Associate's degree from accredited college or university preferred.
Certification/License:
None.
Experience:
Experience in inventory, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field preferred; entry-level candidates with strong analytical and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
