Job Summary
Church & Dwight is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst, to join our team. The Commercial Operations Analyst (SPD) is responsible for supporting the Specialty Products Division through data-driven analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and customer service operations.
About the Role
This role will provide visibility into key operational metrics (OTIF, backlog, service performance), support SAP S/4 stabilization efforts, and help identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. The Analyst will serve as SPD's Business Reporting Steward for Operations, acting as a key liaison between business teams and the Data & Analytics (DAO) organization to enhance reporting, training, and data accuracy.
Work Environment
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in- person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $59,400- $84,500. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
