Summary:

The Analyst, Fixed Operations Marketing role is responsible for providing support related to fixed operations marketing/advertising for the Hendrick Automotive Group dealerships and Collision Centers. The objective is to enhance our dealership’s position in the consideration set for vehicle service and repair needs, deepen relationships with our existing customer base, and support the acquisition of new service customers.This position aims to create awareness of the importance of fixed ad spend and the ROAS seen in this space with our dealerships. This position works closely with various Hendrick Automotive Group stakeholders (Advertising, Fixed Ops, Legal, Accounting, Compliance, Executive, and store leadership).

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. 
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties can be assigned)

  • This role is a teammate in the Hendrick Automotive Group Marketing Department and serves as a day-to-day contact relating to fixed operations advertising matters.
  • Primary functions include:
    • Vendor communication and optimization with fixed advertising partners.
    • Create efficiencies in our fixed ad spend and improve ROAS
    • Assemble KPIs monthly and maintain CP RO reporting.
    • Work with the team to enhance/upkeep our secondary GMB listing for service and parts.
    • Content Generation: Advise on 2 pieces of content monthly, specifically for HendrickCars.com - blogs, videos, and social content to drive awareness for service-related objectives.
    • Champion brand integrity and compliance across creative assets, ensuring consistency in visuals and messaging. Ensure creative excellence and brand consistency across marketing deliverables with high standards and a keen eye for detail.
    • Stay current with partner technologies and creative trends that can enhance our brand presence and improve operational efficiency in the fixed operations marketing space.
    • Assist in managing HendrickCars.com (UX, ad campaigns, etc.)
  • Active Performance Management: 
    • Collection of performance data, disseminating actionable insights, identifying challenges, sharing best practices, and supporting our marketing leadership team and Senior Advertising Managers to find spend efficiency/improve conversion/performance.
    • Liaison between the operational support team and the Sr. Ad Managers. Studying trends and pacing to help Sr. Ad Managers make optimizations more quickly.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Management/ Administration preferred.
  • Experience in managing paid Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts, and maintaining Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager tracking required.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Bing Ads preferred.  Experience with automotive and industry agnostic paid ad management solutions preferred.
  • Must have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn/adapt to needs of automotive retail.

Verbal and Writing Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employee.  Should have strong group presentation skills and excellent written communication skills.  Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, RFPs and procedure manuals.  Must be able to interact with teammates to ensure successful completion of job duties, which can include in person or over the phone or video conference.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. The ability to research, analyze and matrix different types of business and demographic data.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Must be able to think through complex scenarios and interpret complex language to ensure a resolution.

Environment Demands:

Regular and predictable attendance is required.  Duties are performed primarily in the office but frequent travel to dealership locations is required.
