Company: Delaware North Companies, Inc.Position: Analyst, Financial Systems (Buffalo, New York)Duties: Directly support revenue integration and general ledger accounting functions of the business through systems analysis, development, and implementation of BlackLine and Alteryx systems; maintain the daily and month-end close operations of Blackline and Alteryx relating to revenue integration and general ledger accounting functions; perform Blackline and Alteryx systems enhancements and upgrades, including analyzing, updating, testing, and migrating modifications; support leadership across workstreams by identifying improvement opportunities and develop innovative and pragmatic solutions using C, HTML, Visual Basic, and SQL; map requirements and test scripts and validate documented requirements for Blackline and Alteryx functionality against identified business processes and test scenarios; collect and analyze data from databases and/or financial systems; conduct IT risk analysis, including network protocols and cyber security protection; understand financial reporting and accounting documents to improve financial and accounting systems.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience as a financial systems analyst or related occupation or, alternatively, a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus one (1) year of experience as a financial systems analyst or related occupation. Specific skills/other requirements: BlackLine or similar accounting software; Alteryx or similar data transformation management software; Collecting and analyzing data from databases and/or financial systems; Conducting IT risk analysis, including network protocols and cyber security protection; Analyzing and reviewing financial reporting and accounting documents; OneStream or similar financial reporting system; and C, HTML, Visual Basic, and SQL.Telecommute/Remote: Yes (hybrid - 3 days in office).Submit resume to Adrienne Carrera at ACarrera@delawarenorth.com.
